I am a passionate games developer with 4 years’ experience gained while studying at Staffordshire University. During this time I have developed excellent knowledge of programming techniques while working with C# in Unity and Unreal Engine 4 Blueprinting, alongside this I also have a decent understanding of art workflows using programs such as photoshop and 3dsmax.
I always strive to ensure my work is to the highest standard it can be, this is something my problem-solving skills have considerably helped with. I can independently research and develop solutions to problems I encounter, I also have experience designing systems and mechanics that consider potential future problems.
I have experience working in teams and my knowledge of programming, art and design allow me to confidently communicate with colleagues. I also have experience working with pre established frameworks to develop additional content, things such as weapons or abilities. This has often meant conforming to established coding standards outlined in documentation, this is something I have been easily able to do.
I have just completed my master’s degree in game design and programming.
